ABSTRACT
The association between asthma and periodontitis is of interest. 20 patients with (asthma group) without (non-asthma were included based on inclusion criteria. Periodontitis was classified according to 2017 periodontal classification parameters such as tooth loss, pocket depth, clinical attachment alveolar bone reduction index, plaque bleeding index risk assessed. Effect anti-asthmatic drugs control also Inter-group comparison all the continuous variables done using independent „t‟ test. Comparison categorical Chi-square P value <0.05 considered statistically significant. Results showed greater severity higher grade group well poor controlled asthma. Based results it can be concluded that an exists.
