ABSTRACT
Purpose This study evaluated the effect of first nocturnal ejaculation timing on risk and sexual behaviors Korean male adolescents. Methods We analyzed data from 10th edition Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based survey that was conducted with high school adolescents in grades 10–12. The included 17,907 adolescents, 10,326 responded their experience ejaculation. Of these, 595 had ≤grade 4 (“early puberty”) 9,731 ≥grade 5 (“normal puberty”). differences between these 2 groups behaviors. Results Early showed a positive association intercourse (odds ratio [OR], 3.27; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.56–4.17), debut at elementary age (OR, 7.45; CI, 5.00–11.10), having sexually transmitted disease 6.60; 3.94–11.08). After multiple logistic regression to adjust for socio-demographic variables, early still positively associated 2.73; 2.03–3.69), 5.96; 3.47–10.22), 5.17; 2.52–10.20). alcohol consumption, smoking, substance use. However, this not statistically significant after adjusting several variables. Conclusion There is Proactive education about required who reach maturity early.
