ABSTRACT
This study investigated the effects of anchor burnout on consumer consumption psychology and behavior. Through questionnaire survey, we found that had a significant impact consumers’ purchase intention, amount, satisfaction loyalty. The experimental results show more serious mood, lower intention quantity consumers These findings contribute to understanding emotions behavior provide useful reference for relevant businesses researchers. this have certain guiding significance influence formulating corresponding marketing strategies.
