ABSTRACT
This study examines the role of inclusive leadership in driving innovation within Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a catalyst for self-reliant village development Indonesia. The research employed qualitative approach with case studies BUMDes Kulon Progo, Gunung Kidul, and Yogyakarta City. aims to analyze dynamics process models place. Findings indicate that accelerates by empowering local communities, fostering collaboration, creating safe environment experimentation. Case Progo Kidul demonstrate successful product, process, marketing, organizational innovations can enhance economic growth, community welfare, environmental sustainability. Strategies promoting include capacity building, engagement, mentorship programs, recognition. positively contributes offers practical insights developing across various bureaucratic levels
