ABSTRACT
Digital transformation strategy refers to a detailed plan of adoption digital tools and methods by an organization. Innovation, creativity, have been gradually transforming societies for decades. Extant literature from number studies, opinion pieces publications practitioner outlets present recorded benefits digitalization businesses that chose adopt the use ICTs radically change way they do their businesses.
