Education Infrastructure for Inter-organizational University Collaborations

ABSTRACT
Collaboration is a long and strong academic tradition. Over the years we have seen many investments in increasing collaborations, nationally internationally, such as Erasmus +, EIT etc. Many of these attempts fall short, there are some development platforms/infrastructure, but soon funding ends, collaboration ends. This paper makes argument for structured approach to inter-organizational university collaborations where opportunities challenges different alternatives evaluated. The proposes that solutions national can be designed by combining choice technical educational platforms with an idea how organize collaborative processes. We argue it possible stake out overall collaborations. Learning from previous initiatives, three main choose from; (1) Focus on creating organizational collaborations; (2) sharing content; (3) common delivery courses. It noteworthy mention not mutually exclusive should combined.
