ABSTRACT
Aim of the study The goal our was represented by analysis effects different concentrations platelet-rich plasma extracts on degree senescence dermal fibroblasts (by evaluating β-galactosidase) in presence metformin and rapamycin. Material methods Rat from storage were cultivated using conventional laboratory protocols subsequently assessed for β-galactosidase expression. Then, we used PRP gel a concentration 1% 5%, administered culture medium 5 cell passages. Moreover, pharmacologic active substances various experiments (1 µM) rapamycin µM). Results results obtained demonstrate that has effect transforming into younger cells, especially metformin, programmer energy metabolism, then rapamycin, an autophagy stimulator mTOR pathway activator.
