Seedling reactions of 20 barley cultivars grown in Turkey were determined under greenhouse conditions to six isolates Drechslera teres f. maculata, the causal agent spot form net blotch disease.Isolates obtained from different provinces Turkey.Differences among fungus observed.Isolate differences pathogenicity for each cultivar also present.The ranged between susceptible resistant.Reaction Bülbül 89 moderately susceptible.Barley cvs Obruk 86 and Anadolu exhibited susceptible-susceptible isolates.Reactions Aydanhanım, Zafer 160, Akar, Keser, Yeşilköy 387, Samyeli, Kaya Durusu susceptible-moderately resistant resistant-moderately resistant.Barley Avcı 2002, Larende, Şahin 91, Bolayır, Olgun, Altıkat, Hilal Harman isolates.Cultivar Martı was found maculata isolates.Ankara-Nallıhan isolate most virulent isolate.
