ABSTRACT
This study examines the impact of total quality management (TQM) practices on an organisation's innovation performance.Correlation coefficient and regression analysis is used to examine relationship between TQM performance.This study's sample drawn from manufacturing organisations located in district Rawang state Selangor, Malaysia.The empirical results this confirm that has a positive performance across five measured practices: customer focus, leadership, process management, strategic planning, people management.Furthermore, three most influential are identfied as focus.Managers sector can find useful, especially if they aiming improve their with help practices. Verder menslikehulpbronbestuur, prosesbeheer kliëntefokus drie invloedrykste identifiseer.Bestuurders vervaardigingsektor mag hierdie resultaat nuttig vind, veral hulle mik hul verbeter met hulp praktyke.
