ABSTRACT
The basic principle of determining ammonia nitrogen by nessler’s reagent colorimetry was expatiated, and the preparation method reagent, blank control, curve drawing method, water sample treatment technology (preservation time, dilution absorption liquid type, outflow volume), accuracy precision control other influences on determination results were discussed. solutions are proposed according to practical analysis practice. It provides reference for workers carry out detection in water. Keywords Nessler’s colorimetry; Ammonia nitrogen; Experimental principle; Countermeasures common problems DOI : 10.7176/CER/11-1-08
