ABSTRACT
Primary dysmenorrhoea is chronic cyclical pelvic pain associated with menstruation in the absence of an identifiable pathological condition. While medical treatments are available for primary dysmenorrhoea, exercise accepted as effective intervention. This study aimed to investigate impact home-based on intensity and quality life women dysmenorrhoea. Of 45 included study, 40 completed it. At beginning baseline physical activity was determined using International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Pain measured visual analogue scale (VAS), health-related (HRQoL) assessed SF-36 health survey. A standard intervention recommended all patients, outcome measures were re-assessed at first, second third menstrual cycles. each cycle VAS showed a significant decrease (p<0.001). When eight domains survey mental component summary scores compared between first fourth visits, improvement (p<0.012). In our seemed provide HRQoL patients
