ABSTRACT
Background: Colonic transit is delayed in two-thirds of patients with dyssynergic defecation. As a result, it's possible that defecation and slow constipation are linked. There scarcity research on the coexistence constipation, as well efficacy biofeedback therapy this group patients. 
 Methods: The results anorectal manometry MR defecography were used to make diagnosis colon time was measured help 24 specially marked markers. All given therapy.
