Fixed Charge Transportation Problem and Its Uncertain Programming Model

In this paper, we study the fixed charge transportation problem with uncertain variables. The has two kinds of costs: direct cost and charge. is associated each source-destination pair, occurs when activity takes place in corresponding pair. modeled on basis uncertainty theory. According to inverse distribution, model can be transformed into a deterministic form. Finally, order solve problem, numerical example given show application algorithm.
