A huge fibro epithelial polyp of the vulva with myxoid stroma in Tunisian nulliparous woman

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Fibroepithelial polyps are a type of mesenchymal lesion that typically occurs in women reproductive age.These lesions can be polypoid or pedunculated and usually solitary.They asymptomatic do not grow larger than 5 cm diameter.However, there few reported cases giant fibroepithelial the vulva.In these cases, tumors cause symptoms including bleeding, discharge general discomfort (with sensation mass).Case Report: Here we report painful fibro epithelial polyp on left labia majora 47-year-old Tunisian nulliparous woman.The mass was pedunculated, firm, 10cm diameter.It excised histological examination confirmed diagnosis with myxoid stroma abcesses. Conclusion:The current case is characterized by huge vulva, rare disorder which may resulting from its size.Abcesses added to main complications such as superficial ulceration.
