Oncocytoma is a rare neoplasm which consists of 2% benign salivary gland tumors. Usually oncocytoma seen in 6th decade and female to male ratio 1:1. Most these tumors are localized parotid gland, the involvement other glands rare. The most common presentation usually slow growing, asymptomatic mass lesion. In this paper 68-year-old patient admitted with complaint lesion at right submandibular diagnosed was presented topic discussed along relevant literature.
