ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to measure the antibody content NuTu-19 ovarian cancer cells in serum samples using a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) immunosensor.NuTu-19 were first cultured onto electrode surfaces crystals Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium, and then specified amounts immunized rabbit also added. change mass caused by specific adsorbtion antibodies detected. The resonance frequency immobilization from 83 429 Hz. detected 341 ng/ul. shifts linearly dependent on amount range 69 340 ng. positive detection rate negative 80% 100%, respectively. This immunoassay provides viable alternative other early methods is particularly suited for health screening general population.
