ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the expression and clinical significance of cyclin G2 (CCNG2) in thyroid carcinoma biological effects CCNG2 overexpression a cell line. Immunohistochemistry Western blotting were used protein 63 cases cancer normal tissues allow relationship with factors be assessed. lentiviral empty vectors transfected into K1 Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) applied detect mRNA levels CCNG2. MTT assay cycle also conducted assess influence up-regulated on biology. The level was found significantly lower tissue than (P<0.05). blot: relative amount respectively (P<0.05), correlating lymph node metastasis, clinic stage histological grade but not gender, age or tumor size (P>0.05). Loss correlated poor overall survival time Kaplan-Meier analysis results for functions showed that had fraction, greater percentage G0/G1 phases, cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) compared cells non-transfected decreased stage, survival, suggesting may play important roles as negative regulator by promoting degradation CDK2.
