ABSTRACT
The Zhejiang Provincial Cancer Prevention and Control Office collected cancer registration data during 2000 to 2009 from 6 registries in province of China order analyze the incidence.Descriptive analysis included incidence stratified by sex, age site group. proportions cumulative rates 10 common cancers different groups were also calculated. Chinese population census 1982 Segi's used for calculating age-standardized rates. log-linear model was fitting calculate trends.The covered a total 60,087,888 person-years (males 30,445,904, females 29,641,984). number new cases 163,104 92,982, 70,122). morphology verified accounted 69.7%, only information death certification 1.23%. crude rate areas 271.5/105 (male 305.41/105, female 236.58/105), standard (ASIRC) world (ASIRW) 147.1/105 188.2/105, (aged 0 74) being 21.7%. 209.6/105 2000, it increased 320.20/105 (52.8%), with an annual percent change (APC) 4.51% (95% confidence interval, 3.25%-5.79%). Age-specific 80-84 group achieved at highest point curve. Overall groups, incidences differed, liver 15-44 males; breast 15-64 females; lung both males over 65 years.Lung cancer, digestive system malignancies are most requiring especial focus. thyroid prostate cervical lymphoma have rapidly. control measures should be implemented these cancers.
