ABSTRACT
Gastric cancer is considered as the second most prevalent in Iran. The present research sought to identify high risk clusters of gastric with mapping using space-time scan statistics.The descriptive type. required data were gathered from registered reports Cancer Control Office Center for Non Communicable Disease Ministry Health (MOH). extracted at province level time span 2004-9. Sat-Scan software was used analyse and clusters. ArcGIS10 utilized map distribution demonstrate clusters.The likely found Ardabil, Gilan, Zanjan, East-Azerbaijan, Qazvin, West-Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Hamadan, Tehran Mazandaran between 2007 2009. It statistically significant p-value below 0.05.High regions included Northern, West-North central provinces, particularly Gilan. More screening tests are suggested be conducted along more frequent epidemiological studies enact prevention programs.
