ABSTRACT
To summarize the endoscopic screening findings in high-risk population of esophageal and gastric carcinoma analyze influential factors related to screening.In seven selected cities counties with high incidences carcinoma, people at age 40-69 were set as target population. Those gastroscopy contradictions excluded, all who voluntary willing comply medical requirements subjected histological examination for esophageal, cardia accordance national technical manual early detection treatment cancer.In three years, 36,154 screened, 16,847 (46.60%) cases found have precancerous lesions. A total 875 cancers (2.42%), among them 739 had stage an diagnosis rate is 84.5%. Some 715 patients underwent prompt success was 81.8%.In a it feasible implement by screening. Screening can identify potential invasive lesions, improving efficacy through treatment. The exploratory analysis will help broad implementation carcinoma.
