ABSTRACT
Urological cancers represent a major public problem associated with high mortality and morbidity. The pattern of these varies markedly according to era, region ethnic groups, but increasing incidence trends overall makes focused epidemiological studies important. aim the present study was assess most prevalent urological in Iran from 2003 2009.The data for this were obtained population-based Cancer Registry Center Ministry Health Medical Education. Differences mean age distributions each cancer compared between 2009 men women.Bladder common urologic both genders. rate difference standardized ratio (ASR) bladder renal cell carcinoma women 1.54 2.01 percent per 100,000 population 2009, respectively. In men, prostate, testis, kidney also 2.23, 1.2, 1.8 1.5 ages patients all genders did not differ significantly through time (p value>0.05) distribution prostate changed value<0.001).The results suggest general are changing, observed increase pointing need screening programs.
