Study on the Application of Canola Oil and Cottonseed Oil in Solution Polymerized Styrene-butadiene Rubber

The application of vegetable oil-based softeners canola oil and cottonseed in Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) system composites was investigated. results showed that when the aromatic replaced by 5 parts equal amounts base formulation SSBR system, working performance better, tear strength elongation at break were improved tensile reduced; vulcanization time prepared with significantly reduced compared oil; glass transition temperature cold resistance snow improved.
