ABSTRACT
The concept of resilience has gained much attention in recent academic and political discussion. However, its application to specific sectors, such as retail, is rather scarce. aim this paper present the analyse applicability retail sector within context town centre. proposes a possible analytical framework for adaptively resilient centres that links performance underlying development paths, pre-shock position adaptive cycle, other factors drive their evolutionary reorganisation. proposed practical spatial urban planning can be beneficial various stakeholders practitioners, including retailers, policy makers, centre managers.
