ABSTRACT
A fenestration of the supraclinoid internal carotid artery (ICA) is a rare congenital condition. We report an aneurysm arising from proximal end ICA that was treated by endovascular coiling. Three-dimensional rotational angiography preoperative cerebral provided understanding complex anatomy aneurysms associated with and may facilitate clinical decision regarding treatment option. Endovascular coiling appears to be safe effective for treating originating on ICA, which difficult lesion treat using conventional surgical approach.
