ABSTRACT
To guide clinical blood transfusion practices for pediatric patients, the National Health Commission has issued health standard "Guideline transfusion" (WS/T 795-2022). Blood is one of most commonly used supportive treatments children with hematological diseases. This guideline provides guidance and recommendations transfusions in aplastic anemia, thalassemia, autoimmune hemolytic glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, immune thrombocytopenic purpura, thrombotic purpura. article presents evidence interpretation provisions diseases transfusion", aiming to assist understanding implementing section this guideline.
