ABSTRACT
A distinct Bloch nose was demonstrated in the current–voltage characteristics of a one-dimensional array 20 small Josephson junctions. Arrays direct-current superconducting quantum interference device (dc-SQUID) structures were used as leads to junctions, and environmental impedance tuned with magnetic field. The observed had negative differential resistance its magnitude large 14.3 MΩ, blockade voltage 0.36 mV, decrease 0.21 mV due oscillation, all which are larger than those obtained single junction by more one order. oscillation quantitatively described on basis each combination charge soliton model long array. Unexpected constant-current spikes, whose origin lay dc-SQUID leads, also be superposed when Coulomb appeared.
