Approximate solitary solutions of the Korteweg–de Vries–Burgers (KdVB) equations are obtained using a modified homotopy perturbation method (LH). Comparison results LH with those from other available approximate methods indicates that is simple but yields highly accurate and reliable to different forms KdVB equation.
