ABSTRACT
Interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (iDMI) receives a lot of attention due to its potential for spintronics devices. The physical understanding the artificial approaches that control strength iDMI remains complicated. In Ta/Pt/CoFeB/MgO/Ta system, D and efficiency damping-like spin Hall torque (DL-SHT) have been quantified utilizing Brillouin light scattering, spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance, magnetoresistance. A linear relationship between DL-SHT was obtained, indicating governed by itinerant electron is comprehensive parameter study.
