ABSTRACT
We report an on-chip single-cell multidirectional observation method by accurately control the ultra-thin glass chamber rotation angles over microscope. This technique enables to establish visual accesses target cell that captured inside of thin chamber. The has advantages highly transparent, compact, wall, less invasive and all-closed structures efficiently reduces risks contamination during observation. fabricated chambers diameters were different from 1.5 3.5 mm which formed on 200 μm slides.
