ABSTRACT
Aims] Exercise is good for physical and mental health.The problem that many people do not necessarily exercise.Some maybe exercise regularly because they dislike or think themselves poor at exercise.In this study, fitness training class based on personal program was provided to university students their motivation, we assessed its effect by using Profile of Mood State (POMS) salivary chromogranin A (sCgA).[Methods] Fifty-three (28 males 25 females) participated in study.They learned the theory practice 1 st 2 nd term (27 times classes), performed 3 rd (10 classes).The measurement POMS sCgA carried out before after a term.The questionnaire about self-awareness next class.Students divided into three groups were analyzed; like skillful, non-skillful, non-skillful.[Results] Total Disturbance decreased all groups, but level only non-skillful group.[Conclusions] The improved stress who disliked most.Further important step P.E.curriculum seeking strategy which makes enjoy regularly.
