We describe a new cryptic species of Phrynoglossus from Chattogram Division, Bangladesh based on an integrative taxonomic analysis morphology, phylogenetics, and bioacoustics which unambiguously support the placement in genus . also present compilation published morphological characters for all twelve two Occidozyga as well comments taxonomy, geographic distribution genera. The is found to be most morphologically similar P. martensii , however provided set character states visibly differentiates these species.
