ABSTRACT
Background This study aimed to investigate the relationship between prevalence of menstrual irregularities, energy intake, and sleep deprivation among female athletes. Methods A total 128 athletes, with an average age 19.2 ± 1.2 years, participated in tracked their food intake over a three-day period. Menstrual status duration were assessed using questionnaire, psychological anxiety was evaluated State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). These measured once during investigation. The impact on state daily examined T-test. generalized linear model (GLM) log link function employed effects presence irregularities.
