ABSTRACT
In this paper, I introduce Phase-Change Cooling for thermal management of high power devices that can be applied to High Power Laser and Electric Propulsion Systems which are composed multiple distributed superheat sources. good used efficient cooling their heat has extremely efficiency two-phase transport by utilizing vaporization, relatively low flow rates reduced pumps power. And suggest TPI(Thermal Performance Index) is a quantitative performance index management. quantify the introducing TPI. present test results TPI's changing refrigerant, sink rate system through experiments analyze these results.
