ABSTRACT
The problems in family business focus more on the issues of leadership and ownership transfer.Therefore, it is essential to carry out a specific survey process associated with intergenerational knowledge transfer between entrepreneurship education, selfefficacy, entrepreneurial intentions for future next generation.This study examines analyses effect education families self-efficacy test its impact generations.According study's findings, has major self-efficacy.The resulting implication that ought be started advanced setting, being transferred generation by their predecessors.Further, can foster awareness coming generations amplify abilities interests.This an explanatory research quantitative approach sample population, which consists 1455 businesses Makassar city, total 150 running at least two generations.The results show significant intentions.The this finding shows needs developed environment, from predecessor generation.It also ability increase interests abilities.
