ABSTRACT
Due to an increase in economic development, populations have concentrated around cities, and complex buildings, apartments, multi-use premises with multiple functions increased number. As many more people now live apartments premises, it is difficult evacuate these buildings using existing evacuation methods such as rescue crews, descending lifelines, devices, elevation type evacuators. Subsequently, safety accidents are occurring. In order solve this problem, a balcony device enabling successive has been developed. This paper examines the adaptability of by developing factor values through comparative analysis deployment time speed steps ladders during KICT's site experiment simulation, applying simulation previously set scenarios. Furthermore, possible apply measurement that faced problem bidirectional simultaneous people. Keywords: Evacuation, Evacuation Device, Factor, Simulation
