ABSTRACT
Environmental problems such as air pollution are worsening due to urbanization. Urban street trees have the advantage of alleviating environmental by carrying out purification. Thus, it is necessary obtain tree information for efficient planting and management trees. In present study, i-Tree Eco model was applied classify according species diameter at breast height. The amount pollutant removal, carbon storage, sequestration, oxygen generation calculated. field data 43,124 in Suwon, Korea, accounting a total leaf area 4,422,190 m<sup>2</sup>, including ginkgo, zelkova, Japanese flowering cherry, were used. pollutants (CO, NO<sub>2</sub>, O<sub>3</sub>, SO<sub>2</sub>) removed Suwon calculated 7.93 ton/yr. production accompanying plant growth 4,077, 299, 797 ton/yr, respectively. Ginkgo found best efficiency terms storage 30.3% 31.5%
