ABSTRACT
This study is conducted to compare the problems affecting dietary habits and health status between a long-term exercise group non-exercise of males older than 50 years. Most subjects two groups consider regular be most important factor for maintaining health, recognize hypertension as number one concern. The common nutritional supplement among multiple vitamins, sleeping time range from 6~8 hours. Breakfast fasting rate was 15.9% (NEG), where overeating eating out rates were higher (EG) when comparing NEG. Fasting breakfast, consumption milk dairy products, vegetables such kimchi, fruits fruit juices are EG. Overeating lower NEG, whereas proteins like meat, fish, eggs, beans, fried foods, high-fat meats carbonated drinks, ice cream, salt intakes higher. Rates habits, nutrient Energy below standard level, Vitamin <TEX>$B_2$</TEX> intake low in EG, folic acid calcium exercising care more about intakes, smoking being observed. Thus, specific improvement programs adult men, required, it necessary practice nutrition education.
