With the popularity of smart phones, pedestrian navigation maps based on phones are widely used, but readability map is not satisfactory. In this paper, an intelligent scale model rules proposed. The realization process includes measurement spatial distribution road network in adjacent space and peripheral space, construction decision table rough set, extraction matching rules. Finally, experimental results prove that feasible, effect better than static map.
