Abstract Physical parameters of petroleum‐bearing fluid inclusions such as bulk density ( ρ ), molar volume V m vapour fraction ϕ vap ) and homogenization temperature T h are essential information to model petroleum composition x in reconstruct palaeotemperature palaeopressure trapping. For the main types contained a inclusion, we can follow how simultaneously influenced by change versus projection. We have correlated for different compositions large range values. However, postentrapment...

The Cierco Pb-Zn-Ag vein deposits, located in the central Pyrenees of Spain, crosscut Paleozoic metasedimentary rocks and are close proximity to Hercynian granodiorite dikes plutons. Galena sphalerite deposits have average delta 34 S values - 4.3 0.8 per mil (CDT), respectively. Coexisting mineral pairs give an isotopic equilibration temperature range 89 degrees 163 C which overlaps with 112 198 obtained from primary fluid inclusions. quartz has a 18 O value 19 + or 1 (VSMOW). deposited...

Abstract In the frontal part of south Pyrenean Eocene thrust-fault system, syn-kinematic fluid flow during early compressional deformation foreland basin marls is evidenced macroscopically by abundance calcite shear veins within zones and folds. The geometry distribution are indicative mechanisms kinematics fluid-deformation relationships, give assessment migration paths. crack-seal mechanism formation attests to episodic nature fault-slip associated in fractures. suggests that main source...

La Perla is an Oligocene deposit of apatite iron ore located in northern Mexico. The main types are massive ore, breccia and powdery ore. latter special genetic interest because it contains well-preserved palynomorphs; fossil pollen representing several plant families growing the region investigation during late Paleogene-Neogene; assemblages include angiosperm gymnosperm grains, also fungal spores from two genera, Frasnacritetrus Dyctiosporites, indicative Eocene to Miocene age. beds...

Summary Brazilian Atlantic Passive Margins Basins have registered several volcanic events, which are very well documented in the most prolific offshore basins of Santos and Campos. Although, rocks usually not treated as potentials reservoir Brazil, they become important to Pre-Salt exploration, since been found Pre-salt exploration appraisal wells. These act only barriers for carbonate sedimentary successions but also potential reservoirs. Several wells drilled with properties significant...
