Abstract BACKGROUND Fluopyram is a pesticide widely used in tomato and cucumber crops cultivation to control fungal diseases that develop especially environments with moderate temperatures high humidity, such as greenhouse. The pathway of fluopyram dissipation has been monitored cherry under greenhouse conditions. RESULTS In the trials, were treated by irrigation water commercial product at manufacturer’s recommended dose double dose. High‐resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) coupled...

Abstract A liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the analysis of acrylamide in baby foods. Sample preparation involves a simple acidified aqueous acetonitrile extraction (acetonitrile:water:formic acid, 69/30/1, v/v/v) combination with dispersive solid phase (d-SPE) using alumina as sorbent. Sufficient linearity (range 20–250 µg kg − 1 ) matrix-matched solvent calibrations, were obtained. The recovery rates ranged from 100 to 108%...

A liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the analysis of acrylamide in baby foods. The sample preparation involves a simple acetonitrile-based extraction (acetonitrile:water:formic acid, 69/30/1, v/v/v) combination with dispersive solid-phase (d-SPE). Sufficient linearity matrix-matched solvent calibration curves, were obtained. recovery rates ranged from 100 to 108% coefficients variation below 10 %, under repeatability...
