We present an algorithm for the construction of locally adapted conformal tetrahedral meshes. The is based on bisection tetrahedra. A new data structure introduced, which simplifies both selection refinement edge a tetrahedron and recursive to conformity mesh once some tetrahedra have been bisected. prove that repeated application leads only finitely many shapes up similarity, we bound amount additional needed achieve conformity. Numerical examples effectiveness are presented.
