We report the case of a 79-year-old patient who presented with femoral iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm delayed and unusual onset immediately life-threatening massive bleeding. Ultrasound is method choice for diagnosis pseudo aneurysm. If there not spontaneous closure, ultrasound-guided compression repair, minimally invasive percutaneous treatments, surgical repair are three therapeutic options.
