연구 목적: 이 연구는 노인 수영 동호회의 문화에 대해 융화와 갈등이라는 주제에 초점을 맞추어 심층적으로 이해하고자 한다. 방법: 질적연구의 한 방법인 문화기술지를 실시하였으며 총 10명의 연구참여자를 선정하였다. 참여관찰과 심층면담을 활용해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집한 자료는 텍스트 분석의 과정을 거쳤다. 내용: 본 연구의 결과로는 첫째, 우리끼리 재미있네: 융화에서는 자원교환을 통한 신뢰 확보, 해피 바이러스, 건강함 추구, 심리적 우울감 극복, 평생의 동반자가 도출되었으며, 둘째, 가지 많은 나무에 바람 잘 날 없다: 갈등으로 동호회 내 권력과 서열, 실력의 차이, 가족에 대한 트라우마, 경제적 건강에 걱정의 소주제가 도출되었다. 결론 및 제언: 제언으로 다양한 종목의 스포츠에 참여하는 노인들의 연구와 전문 스포츠 시설이 요구되며, 셋째, 간 교류의 장이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 성장마인드셋이 엘리트유도선수의 성장마인드셋에 따른 실패내성 및 진로성숙도의 관계를 살펴보고 실패내성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위해 2022년 대한유도회 유도선수를 모집단으로 설정하여 5월~8월까지 총 300부의 설문지가 배포된 후 설문지를 회수하여 이중 불성실하게 응답한 9부를 제외한 293부가 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS/WIN 18.0, AMOS/WIN 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 PROCESS macro의 model 4을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 엘리트 유도선수들의 성장마인드셋은 실패내성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 1은 분석 결과 채택되었다. 둘째, 진로성숙도에 2는 셋째, 실패내성은 3은 넷째, 진로성숙도가 미치는 매개할 4는
