The processing of PPC/wood fiber foam composites using moisture as blowing agent was studied in this manuscript. Three important factors, such as: content, wood content and extruder die temperature were investigated with orthogonal design. relationship between each factor density revealed, well the foaming mechanism obtained.
The formula of the self-deposit adsorption PVC floor material was studied in this study. With increasing super-fine CaCO 3 Subscript text powder and substituting epoxy soybean oil, properties product were improved. study revealed that when addition 30phr, ESO 10phr, general good. 1phr ACR used to improve processing performance. This provided improvement method base data for modification composited material.
The influence of the catalyst type and content on synthesis SIPE was studied in paper. result revealed that 0.4% Zn(Ac)2 is optimum formulation to afford a desired SIPE.
