This letter reports on the first demonstration of a power-combined Schottky diode frequency doubler that uses counter-rotated E-fields at output two doublers to enable in-phase H-plane power-combining. A high-power Schottky diode frequency multiplier chain at 360 GHz, with a 3 dB bandwidth above 20 GHz is presented. The cascaded doublers show peak efficiencies of 35% and 23% 180 354 respectively.
