A novel synthetic route to perfluoroisobutyronitrile from perfluoroisobutyryl acid which has mild conditions and low toxicity is described. In our poster, we deal with the edge cloud placement of Mobile Cloud Computing(MCC) by proposing a dynamic framework, which integrates Machine Learning methods and Spot Instance pricing model computing. The former is implemented to predict information mobile users' requests resource price, latter used reduce cost.
