Objective: In Turkey, the fourth wave of SARS-CoV-2 started in December 2021 and peaked mid-January 2022. Afterward, peaks were seen number COVID-19 cases because Omicron BA.2 BA.5 variants. Our study aimed to observe prevalence viral load-related transmissibility rates variant infections our region between January 21 July 01, 2022, using an easy cost-effective PCR screening method.
