The chemical constituents were systematically separated from the roots of Berberis polyantha by various chromatographic methods, including silica gel column chromatography, HP20 polyamide reversed-phase C_(18) and preparative high-performance liquid chromatography. structures compounds identified physicochemical properties spectroscopic techniques(1D NMR, 2D UV, MS, CD). Four phenylpropanoids isolated methanol extract B. polyantha, they...
In this study, glucose, inositol, glycerol, and sorbitol have been chosen as chemical modifiers to enhance laccase stability. The regularity of activity variations was studied at different temperatures.Low concentrations four polyhydroxyl compounds can improve the thermal stability whole temperature gradient (20~60ºC).The effect glycerol is best in all additives, relative enzyme increased 1.35 times by concentration 0.6 mol/L.The conformation modified characterized UV, fluorescence circular...
Abstract:In order to investigate the internal pore structure of coal, adsorption isotherms coal particles with different sizes were measured using Quantachrome Autosorb-iQ specific surface area and size analyzer. The characteristic parameters obtained analyzed including area, volume average diameter. The use low pressure nitrogen allowed us gain clearer insight into structural characteristics pores in body. The results indicate that displayed a similar variation trend. The total decreased...
Ni‐Co‐coated carbon nanotubes (CNTs) composites with different molar ratios of Ni/Co were synthesized using [Ag(NH 3 ) 2 ] + as activator and reductant, thereby replacing the conventional noble metal Pd salt Sn 2+ reductant. Scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometry analyses demonstrated that CNTs deposited a dense, uniform Ni‐Co coating. The possible mechanism electroless method was studied, which indicates pure Ag 0 acted nucleation site for subsequent...
In this article, the effect of direct current electric field on phenol biodegradation by laccase was studied. The results showed that DC could enhance activity laccase. Specifically, rate when catalyzed significantly higher in presence than its absence. field, which 98.6%, and concentration residual solution below 0.7 mg/L after 96 h. absence with laccase, 81.7%, 9-10 Therefore, combination is likely to create a stable, simple environmentally friendly system.
Abstract A series of coating samples were prepared with various combinations solvents being tested via a two-step dip-coating route. The surface hydrophobicity was studied by measuring water and oil contact angles. Furthermore, the topography, optical abrasive properties selected 4 examined atomic force microscopy (AFM), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer friction cycle test, respectively. best overall achieved sample nontoxic epoxy resin-ethanol (Step 1) isopropanol 2). angles reached...
