Abstract High energy density ( W rec ) dielectrics with excellent efficiency η and thermal stability are crucial in high‐power storage applications. In this work, we introduce Ba(Zr 0.2 Ti 0.8 )O 3 (BZT) into Bi 0.5 Na TiO (BNT) to delay saturation polarization refine grain sizes for enhancing performance. BZT diffusing BNT lattice not only increases electronegativity between A‒O/B‒O bond the relaxor, but also is beneficial refining suppressing development of local electric branches....
A transition metal-free intermolecular redox-neutral β-alkylation of acyclic tertiary amines via borrowing hydrogen catalyzed by commercially available B(C6F5)3 was achieved.
Pyroelectric energy harvesting has received increasing attention due to its ability convert low-grade waste heat into electricity. However, the low output density driven by temperature limits practical applications. Here, we show a high-performance hybrid BNT-BZT-xGaN thermal system with environmentally friendly lead-free BNT-BZT pyroelectric matrix and high conductivity GaN as dopant. The theoretical analysis of x = 0.1 wt% suggests that introduction facilitates resonance vibration between...
Acetaminophen (APAP) overdose is a common cause of liver injury. This study aimed to investigate the protective effect honokiol (Hon) against APAP-induced hepatotoxicity and its potential mechanism. C57BL/6 mice were administrated with Hon (10 30 mg/kg) after APAP (300 treatment. On 1.5 h 5 treatment, sacrificed. Serum collected. And then, injury-related indexes, metabolism-related mitochondrial respiratory chain function-related membrane protein expression evaluated. It was found that...
We report herein a B(C6F5)3-catalyzed redox-neutral β-functionalization of pyrrolidines with isatins. Under transition-metal- and oxidant-free conditions at ambient temperature, series bearing functionalized exocyclic alkene are accessed in high efficiency through borrowing hydrogen process. A simple switch to higher reaction temperature one-pot procedure also provides access diverse array C(3)-functionalized pyrroles while liberating water gas as the only byproducts.
Abstract In this study, daidzein long-circulating liposomes (DLCL) were prepared using the ultrasonication and lipid film-hydration method. The optimized preparation conditions by orthogonal design was as follows: 55 to 40 for molar ratio of soybean phosphatidylcholine (SPC) cholesterol, 1 10 mass total (SPC cholesterol) (w:w), indicated concentration 5% DSPE-mPEG2000 50 °C hydration temperature, 24 min ultrasonic time. Under these conditions, encapsulation efficiency drug loading DLCL 85.3...
We demonstrate 0–3 type heterogeneous NBT–NN–ST/HfO 2 composites to achieve high E b and P max . Some HfO are concentrated in grain boundaries suppress local electric branches’ development for enhancing while others diffuse into lattice improve bonds’ polarity maintaining
With the increasing prevalence of insomnia-related diseases, effective treatment insomnia has become an important health research topic. Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) essential oil (LEO) is a commonly used medicine for and neurological disorders. However, neither active components nor its sedative–hypnotic mechanism have been fully discovered. This study aimed to screen main terpenes discover possible LEO through network pharmacology in as well verify our hypothesis mice. The...
The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects and potential mechanisms Tetrahydrocurcumin (THC) on methionine–choline-deficient diet (MCD)-induced MASH in C57BL/6 mice by using multi-omics techniques. were fed with MCD for 8 weeks establish a model, while THC (100 mg·kg−1·d−1) obeticholic acid (6.5 administered via gavage group positive control group, respectively. biochemical indexes serum liver detected kits. Liver tissue sections taken observe pathomorphological changes....
Astragaloside I (As-I), one of the main active ingredients in Astragalus membranaceus, is believed to have osteogenic properties, but this hypothesis has not been investigated detail. In present work, As-I-induced effects and its underlying mechanism were studied MC3T3-E1 cells. The results indicated that cellular levels ALP extracellular matrix calcium increased a dose-dependent manner by As-I. To clarify mechanisms involved process, effect As-I on key osteogenic-related genes was...
Abstract Background Dihydromyricetin (DMY) is a natural flavonoid with anti-nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) activity. However, the effects of DMY on composition lipids and bile acids (BAs) in serum, gut microbiota (GM) ileum mice NASH are not clear. Methods After male C57BL/6 was fed methionine choline deficiency (MCD) diet simultaneously administered (300 mg/kg/day) by gavage for 8 weeks, pathological changes liver tissue were observed Oil Red O, hematoxylin eosin Masson staining,...
This study was aimed to clarify the effect of honokiol (Hon) on activity Cytochrome P450 (CYP450) enzymes, and level mRNA expression liver kidney transporters in type 2 diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet strepotozotocin. Rats were randomly divided into normal control (NC) group, (DC) group Hon groups (
