We report on our calculation of the nucleon axial charge gA in QCD with two flavours dynamical quarks. A detailed investigation systematic errors is performed, a particular focus contributions from excited states to three-point correlation functions. The use summed operator insertions allows for much better control over such contamination. After performing chiral extrapolation physical pion mass, we find gA=1.223 +/- 0.063 (stat) +0.035 -0.060 (syst), good agreement experimental value.
Moments of the quark density, helicity, and transversity distributions are calculated in unquenched lattice QCD.
